Mansa Musa
Mansa Musa ruled the kingdom of Mali in the fourteenth century. One of his greatest achievements was establishing rule of law, and enforcing it. This brought great stability to his kingdom, which lasted until well after his death. Mansa Musa was the ruler who made his trip to Mecca, the religious center for the Islamic faith. Mansa Musa helped in the spread of the Islamic culture.
